Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

NOTE: Due to the holiday season and increased carrier volume, delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Orders are shipped via Purolator, Canada Post, or UPS.

  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

  • Orders are shipped via Purolator.

  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days, depending on location.

  • Important Notice:

    As of August 2025, all U.S. orders are subject to duties and tariffs under new U.S. customs laws. These charges are billed directly by U.S. Customs/Purolator upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties/tariffs are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

  • Orders are shipped via Purolator or partner couriers.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the checkout total and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
